Because we are predominantly online, we do ask for your patience in receiving your instructions as some days can take a bit longer than others.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”I paid. When do I get my order?”]If you’re having it shipped, it will be sent out at 4pm either that day, or the next available business day. If you’re picking it up, please wait until you receive confirmation that your payment has been accepted before coming to get it.

This however has been delayed in the last year because of Covid, so please do make sure to not only order well ahead of time, but to regularly check your tracking number.
Once your order leave with Canada Post, it is your responsibility to keep track of it. If it does not arrive, or something else goes wrong, and you fail to contact us or Canada Post within ten days neither we nor Canada Post are liable. [/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How much is shipping?”]Shipping is $15.00 within Ontario, and $20.00 anywhere else in Canada. If you spend $150.00 or more then shipping is free.
If you spent over $150.00 and our system still charged you shipping, please disregard the shipping fee, as this is a mistake on our end. If you intend to pick up, then no shipping fee is required.[/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=”How old do I have to be to buy seeds?”]You MUST be 19+ in order to purchase anything from our store. If you appear under 25 we will request ID.
